Sales Executive – SaaS for fashion market
Our client delivers digital transformation solutions through integrated, end-to-end PLM software for fashion. From inception, they have designed their software specifically for the retail, fashion, apparel, and footwear sectors.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function is to develop the business of the Fashion SaaS portfolio of solutions in the US market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a sales strategy to ensure the group strategy alignment and the achievement of sales goals and profitability;
- Actively participate to sales development and management of key accounts;
- Make sure that the CRM tool (Salesforce) is used and updated;
- Work closely with the local marketing to ensure sales campaigns are properly managed.
- Develop consultative selling methodology in the team and increase the performance.
- Support and follow up the account plans and proposal presentations;
- Report regularly to HQ the status of the business and the progress made on action plans and initiatives.
PROFILE:
- Master or Bachelor in Business, Management, Engineering, etc.;
- Experience and knowledge of the Fashion market is a must;
- Proven track record of SAAS sales activities and sales management with at least 5 years of experience;
- Excellent coaching, communication and leadership skills.
- Results driven.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills in B2B, mastering of sales methodology (consultative selling or similar);
- Capacity to create relationship and partnership with “C” level, with proven ability to identify, develop and sell complex project involving international organizations;
- Great organisational skills.
- Autonomous and able to prioritise and handle several projects at once;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ of experience in saas sales
- Strong leadership skills
- 5 + years’ experience within the PLM / Fashion & Apparel / SAAS area
