My Client is a leading provider of enterprise applications for global manufacturing companies specializing in automotive, consumer products, electronics, food and beverage, industrial and life sciences products. My clients applications provide critical functionality for managing manufacturing resources and operations within and beyond the enterprise, enabling global manufacturers to collaborate with their customers, suppliers and partners to make and deliver the right product, at the right cost and at the right time.

Job Overview:

The challenge:

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as agreed with management. Leads efforts in region of operation to help define a strategy and develop, implement it for maximizing the revenue and profitability of assigned “Strategic Accounts”. Manages sales opportunities and builds strong business consulting relationships with C-level. Ensures global alignment of internal resources, including Pre-Sales, Services, and global sales team. Position requires strong analytical skills in the evaluation and preparation of value related to sales opportunities. Organizes and manages special needs and drives issues to resolution for assigned accounts.

Duties and responsibilities:

Work with management and respective Global Account Manager to implement account strategies for an assigned group of global strategic accounts to drive revenue and improve customer value/satisfaction.

Operate with assigned regional Business Consultants and Service Resouces in the execution of the agreed account strategies.

Maintain an accurate and up to date sales funnel to ensure visibility of qualified opportunities.

Conduct client meetings to discuss business issues, potential opportunities for value from my Clients solutions and develop long term engagement plans with clients.

Responsible to develop proposals to address customer requirements and negotiate acceptance of terms and associated timelines.

Orchestration of internal resources including; support, professional services, pre-sales and R&D to ensure successful client projects.

Willingness to travel up to 70% with some global travel required.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, or related degree

5+ years of Sales experience in software, technical services or business process consulting within supply chain or manufacturing.

Proven Sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.

Industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels (including C level) and translate client needs into a complete solution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling or providing consulting services to automotive tier 1 suppliers

ERP Software Sales or consulting experience
