Key Account Manager e-Logistics

Scope of activities:

  • Manage business relationship and secure revenue with a clearly defined set of existing customers mainly based in the Benelux region
  • Use good social skills and strong discipline to strengthen relationships and upsell additional product
  • Establish high-level contacts and develop new sales opportunities
  • Use modern sales tactics and a farmer´s approach when positioning my client’s solutions with a clear business case
  • Take responsibility for the management of the entire sales process ensuring that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
  • Understand our clients existing processes and offer our web-based cloud logistics platform accordingly
  • Involve supporting resources (i.e. Presales, Executives and other functions) at the right time to ensure a successful sales process
  • Use a CRM-System to ensure accurate forecasting

That’s how to convince us:

  • Good experience in Direct Sales of complex logistic solutions or services or in the environment of freight tendering and freight cost management
  • Knowledge in Transport Logistics-/ Supply-Chain is necessary
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and development of customers
  • “Farmer” mentality
  • Fluent Dutch and English, other European languages will be a plus
