Customer Success Account Manager

The Challenge Working in an exciting job for an ERP vendor with a focus on Manufacturing. The Customer Success Account Manager will primarily be responsible for the development of existing customer accounts. This includes successfully nurturing and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, selling additional licenses, upgrades or services. You will report to the Vice President Customer Success EMEA and will be located in the Schiphol Rijk office. You will be part of the EMEA Sales Team and will partner with the sales executives in The Netherlands and Germany. Travel across EMEA will occasionally be required, typically for training / team meetings.

Responsibilities: 

Proactive Communication with the customers. 

  • Create awareness and demand for products. 
  • Increase the utilization of the products by our customers. 
  • Pro-actively plan customer upgrades. 
  • Share in account plan development. 
  • Pro-actively maintain up to date knowledge of Company products. 
  • Serve as the primary information source for installed base customers. 
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required within the role.

Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree; 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales or customer services experience; 
  • Minimum 2-4 year ERP Software experience; 
  • Very strong commercial and communicative skills; 
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in German and English.
